Hi, I’m Carli Paszkiewicz, and I’m delighted to be a Personal Lines Account Manager at Innovante Insurance. As a licensed agent, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find the right insurance coverage that fits their unique needs.

My journey in the insurance industry started in January 2021 after spending over seven fulfilling years in Veterinary Medicine. There, I learned the value of compassion, understanding, and strong relationships. Transitioning into insurance has allowed me to apply those values while helping people protect their most cherished assets.

I started my insurance career at First Insurance Solutions in Pewaukee, WI, where I had the honor of working alongside the late John Grimes. This incredible opportunity shaped my career.

Beyond my professional journey, I cherish spending quality time with my son, our two cats (Sedona & Sahara) and our dog (Cheese). I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, whether that is fishing, hiking, kayaking, or simply going for a walk. Nature seems to be where I find my balance and inspiration.

I pride myself on being a friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable resource for my clients. I am here to listen, understand their needs, and guide them through the sometimes-overwhelming world of insurance, making the insurance process as smooth and personalized as possible. I aim to build lasting connections and trust with each client I serve.

I noticed a negative review on here when I searched Tammy's number to call her back for an insurance question that I had. Tammy, Jessica and Tammy's team are legit amazing! They work very hard to take care of their clients. I've had numerous questions over the years and needed help. Name another agent who will be on the phone at 8pm with my wife and I to go over our options after a tough situation. Tammy did it. Anyone would be blessed to have her as their agent. I'm never changing agents. Tammy and her team will have my family and I as clients as long as they remain in business.

Tammy and her team did absolutely nothing but waste my time.

I wish I could give negative stars. I called 5/24/24 at around 2:45PM to remove a vehicle off my policy and add a vehicle I just bought. I needed the policy to start 5/24/24 per my lien holder. I also needed the proof of insurance emailed to them this day.

I was told they would email this to them and that they would email me my new ID cards.

Hours later, nothing. They were closed at this point, so I chatted with a Progressive Live Chat agent to find out Tammy and her Team did absolutely nothing despite me saying I needed these items today.

Chicona, the live agent I was talking to, was amazing! They were able to do everything Tammy and her team couldn’t and didn’t do.

I’ve already begun the process of requesting a new agent.

Upon reading your review, I immediately pulled the recorded phone conversation that you had with my office. I was very pleased to see your call was answered on the first ring and was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. All information was gathered for your new vehicle and following the paper trail to the end, I can see that proof of insurance was submitted online per your request to Summit Credit Union. Progressive Insurance, nor any of their representatives would have access to our systems as this would be a direct violation of privacy. I apologize on their behalf for giving you inaccurate information about the service we provided. I do, however, want to take this opportunity to SINCERELY thank my team for working late with me on a Friday evening, well past closing, before a Holiday weekend, making sure everyone, even the last-minute phone calls, were taken care of. I recently had an insurance review done by Tammy Lewis with Innovante Insurance. Tammy was extremely thorough in her review. Tammy is the ultimate professional and easily the nicest/most caring person you'll come across working with insurance. Tammy is incredible. If you let her review your insurance, chances are you'll get more coverage for the same amount or less. I've referred numerous friends and clients to her, and everyone has had a similar experience. Also, she actually reviews your coverage at least annually. You probably have no idea what risks you're taking with your current coverage. You owe it to yourself to give her a chance.
