I grew up in Menomonee Falls where I graduated high school. After that, I went off to college at UW Stout. Beyond my education at UW Stout, I went on to study human relations. In addition to my studies, I won the highest achievement award through the Dale Carnegie Course.
My passion has always been to help people. I have worked in customer service for 29 years. I have a true connection with people by carefully listening to what their needs are so together we can come up with the perfect solution. I have a great eye for detail. I love being able to connect with new people every day and hopefully put a smile on their face.
When I am not working, I enjoy being outside. Hiking, camping, being on or near water, and rollerblading are some of my favorite things to do. I also enjoy yoga and relaxing at home.
I have 3 beautiful children with one still living at home. I’m very excited to watch them grow and be a part of their journey into adulthood. Spending time with family and friends is also very important to me and cuddling with my spunky cat Baz.
I love working with our team at innovante insurance and especially love working with our clients. Our team really has a great connection and we work extremely well together which builds my excitement to love and enjoy my day. It’s interesting because someone once said insurance must be boring. It is far from boring. I am lucky to have a great mentor and team to work with. We are driven in our knowledge and put a huge emphasis on understanding the true policy language and how it relates to the ever-changing coverages and laws.
Two of the most expensive things we own in life happen to be vehicles and homes and if not insured properly you have a lot to lose. I’ve had insurance since I was 16 and not one agent I ever had educated me on what could happen if I wasn’t insured properly. When I came to Tammy’s office to have her look at my policies I was so surprised with what I learned.
My passion for insurance began when I was a customer and had my first review with Tammy. At that point, I realized how underinsured and overcharged I was. It was fascinating how Tammy took the time to educate me on the coverage differences. From that point forward my passion to help people with insurance began.
I love to give back to the community by raising money for make a wish.
