Personal Lines Account Manager
We are seeking a self-motivating, ethical, kind-hearted, and organized insurance customer service representative to join our growing team. This individual will perform the essential functions of the position, which include supporting the service needs of clients and specific service responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent customer service experience in personal lines and/or commercial lines property & casualty.
- P&C license required.
- Must have strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and carriers over the phone and in person.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of policy coverages.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
